Hilary West Perry

Hilary is the Communications Director for Cornerstone Schools of Alabama, a non-profit, private school for inner-city children in Birmingham. Past experience includes being the Community & Media Relations Coordinator for a Birmingham-based animal-assisted therapy organization, and working as the Corporate Communications Specialist at Children's Health System. Before working at Children's, Hilary was a senior editor at a local publishing company.

Hilary is the Vice-President of Student Affairs for the Birmingham Chapter of Public Relations Council of Alabama, and has won several awards at the PRCA state conference. Hilary is currently pursuing her MPA with a concentration in Non-Profit Management from Troy, and is very acitve in Birmingham's alumni association chapter. She is also active in the Birmingham Advertising Federation, the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Young Women's Connection.

As a Birmingham native, Hilary also actively supports the Birmingham Museum of Art, the Alabama Symphony and the Alabama Ballet.

Hilary, along with her husband, Paul, live in Birmingham, AL, with their two cats, Gracie and Gus Gus.
